Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability.
Standard Orders
Full payment must be received and cleared before any order is dispatched or released.
Custom and Personalized Orders
For custom-made, printed, or personalized products:
* A minimum 70% non-refundable deposit is required before production begins.
* Production will only commence once payment and design approval have been received.
* The remaining balance must be paid in full before delivery, collection, or dispatch.
Serif & Co. reserves the right to delay, suspend, or cancel any order where payment has not been received.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all information provided before production begins, including:
* Names and spelling
* Sizes and quantities
* Colours
* Design layouts
* Contact details
* Delivery information
Once artwork or order details have been approved and production has commenced, modifications may not be possible.
Serif & Co. cannot be held liable for errors that were approved by the customer.
Pricing
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice.
Additional charges may apply for:
* Custom design work
* Special requests
* Personalisation
* Delivery and courier services
* Rush or priority orders
The final quotation issued by Serif & Co. will confirm all applicable charges.
Production and Turnaround Times
Production times vary depending on:
* Product availability
* Order size and complexity
* Design approval timelines
* Seasonal demand
* Supplier lead times
Estimated turnaround times are provided as guidelines only and should not be considered guaranteed completion dates.
Serif & Co. will make every reasonable effort to complete orders within the estimated timeframe.
Delivery
Serif & Co. delivers throughout South Africa using trusted courier partners.
Delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination and courier operations.
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:
* Major cities: 1–3 business days
* Regional and outlying areas: 3–7 business days
Tracking information will be provided once an order has been dispatched.
Serif & Co. is not responsible for delivery delays caused by:
* Courier disruptions
* Weather conditions
* Public holidays
* Load shedding
* Industrial action
* Incorrect information supplied by the customer
* Circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Risk and Ownership
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery.
Ownership of all products remains with Serif & Co. until full payment has been received and cleared.
Advertising Services
Serif & Co. and Ultimate Advertising provide advertising and promotional opportunities for businesses.
While we strive to maximize visibility and engagement, we do not guarantee:
* Sales
* Leads
* Customer enquiries
* Specific business results
Advertising performance may vary depending on industry, audience, market conditions, and customer offerings.
Intellectual Property
All content displayed on our website and marketing platforms, including but not limited to:
* Logos
* Branding
* Product images
* Graphics
* Website content
* Marketing materials
* Designs created by Serif & Co. Remain the intellectual property of Serif & Co. unless otherwise stated.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, Serif & Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

* Delays in production or delivery

* Customer-supplied errors

Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the product or service purchased.
Right to Refuse Service
